Ridges, canyons, and quiet forests—these landscapes have shaped me as much as I’ve moved through them. Growing up in Colorado, the mountains were my backdrop, a place of both challenge and solitude. I’ve backpacked sections of the Appalachian Trail, wandered desert expanses, and found an unmatched serenity in the stillness of the woods. The way light filters through pines, the way a ridgeline stretches into forever, the way the wild reminds us of both our limits and our belonging.
